I didn’t read a lot last week since we’ve been quite busy organizing AI Conf. But nevertheless, there have been some good ones :smiley:

The most successful people still desperately want to belong somewhere. Even though what made them successful was not belonging in the first place.

The best work happens before you know the rules. Before you find your tribe. When you’re just building something because it bothers you that it doesn’t exist.

The people changing the world are too busy to notice they don’t fit in. The rest of us are at meetups.

  • Running 1:1s for Engineers | Off by One - how to run 1 on 1s. I had a similar setup, but this one just makes it better and also explains why 1 on 1s are an essential tool in your management arsenal

  • https://arxiv.org/pdf/2510.15511v3 - I haven’t read this paper yet, but their claims are insane - they say that LLM outputs have a 1-1 relation with the prompt, meaning if you have the output you can get back the prompt :exploding_head:
