How you as a dev stay up to date with new AI Updates and AI Reskilling?

Recently, I read a post on LinkedIn:

AI: Job Losses vs Job Creation

Global studies consistently show that:

Where jobs are being created

AI engineering, model deployment, and MLOps

Data engineering, data quality, and governance

AI product management and solution architecture

Human-in-the-loop roles (review, supervision, validation)

Domain-specific AI specialists (healthcare, finance, law, manufacturing)

Reskilling, training, and AI education ecosystems

Especially integrating Claude into your software development is the major activity all fellow developer.

I see most of the developer just doing what they are doing, like Usual Frontend / Backend /DevOps…as that’s paying the bills.

That’s completely fine as well, but since the AI Development and reserach has been so much that how are we as a Nation being ready for those? And we should?

At first how are you trying to keep yourself in track…would love to hear and learn from your strategy.

The best way that i’ve found is to follow the right people in twitter. Doing that is amazing to see how others are using agents and what their workflows look like.

The base work that needs to be done, is to self-reflect and understand your own workflow. Once you’ve done that, then you’ll relate to how others are using it and which part you can plug into your own workflow.
